Celebration of Life: Movement Meditation

  • The Unitarian Society of Ridgewood 113 Cottage Place Ridgewood, NJ, 07450 United States (map)

Join us for a special end-of-year Holiday Celebration — a time to honor life, reconnect with yourself, and enter the new season with presence and joy.

We’ll begin with a conversation about the importance of including the body in healing, spiritual growth, and everyday life. In a world that keeps us in our heads, this is an invitation to return to the wisdom of the body and the quiet voice of the heart.

Movement Meditation is a spiritual and physical practice that reconnects us to our wholeness. Through free-form, conscious dance, we create space for the mind, body, heart, and spirit to move in harmony. This practice is not about performance or steps; it’s about presence. It is facilitated and guided — not taught — allowing each person to move naturally, in their own rhythm.

We’ll move to a soulful, global playlist and close with a community sharing circle. No dance experience is needed — just bring your presence and willingness to move.
